These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User" or "Member") and raja328 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the raja328 website and all related services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer rooms and promotional programmes.

raja328 is an English-language online entertainment platform serving Malaysian players aged 21 and above. The platform operates under an international licensing framework. No Malaysian government regulatory status, endorsement or licence is claimed. Malaysian users are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling activities in their jurisdiction prior to registration or play.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must not register an account or use any part of the raja328 platform. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The raja328 website, mobile-optimised interface and all associated services accessible via raja328.cam.
"Account"	A registered player account created by a natural person on the Platform, used to access games, deposit funds and request withdrawals.
"Player Balance"	The MYR-denominated real-money funds held within a registered Account, net of any applicable bonus balances unless stated otherwise.
"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits granted to a Player subject to separate wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, expiry dates and other conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before deposits, withdrawals or full account access are permitted.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
"MYR / RM"	Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which player account balances and transactions are displayed on the Platform.

Access to the raja328 platform and the creation of a registered account are subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied continuously for as long as an account remains active:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. raja328 enforces strict age verification in accordance with international responsible gambling standards. Accounts where satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be restricted.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful under your applicable local laws. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at your own risk and may result in immediate account suspension.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, any Prohibited Territory as determined and updated by the Platform from time to time.
• You must register as an individual in your own legal name. Corporate entities, trusts and partnerships may not register accounts.
• You may only hold one (1) active account on the Platform at any given time. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of the Platform or any of its affiliated service providers, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.

When registering an account on raja328, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all registration information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party and must notify raja328 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. raja328 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

raja328 reserves the right to refuse registration or to cancel an account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading or incomplete.

By accessing or using the raja328 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You acknowledge and accept the following conditions of use:

• All games and betting markets available on the Platform are provided for entertainment purposes. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes. The Platform does not guarantee any minimum level of winnings or return to any player.
• You accept that online gambling involves inherent financial risk. You should only gamble with funds that you can afford to lose and should never gamble as a means of generating income or recovering previous losses.
• The Platform may experience periods of maintenance, technical interruption or service unavailability. raja328 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes or duties that may arise in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings or transactions made through your raja328 account.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing processes conducted by human dealers. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes.

raja328 supports MYR-denominated deposits through a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and credit or debit cards. Payment method availability is subject to change and depends on your account verification status and current cashier conditions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar period. The current applicable limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to update without prior notice.

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• All deposits are processed in MYR unless the Platform expressly displays an alternative currency option for your account.
• raja328 does not accept deposits sourced from criminal activity. The Platform co-operates with relevant authorities in investigating suspected money-laundering transactions and reserves the right to freeze and report suspicious account activity.
• The Platform may impose additional verification steps before processing deposits above certain thresholds.

Players may request withdrawal of eligible real-money balances subject to the following conditions. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable KYC verification steps have been satisfactorily completed.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier at the time of the request and is subject to revision.
• Method restriction: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name.
• Processing times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are targeted for review within approximately five minutes under normal conditions. raja328 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, loyalty tier rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are wagered first before bonus funds are applied, unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonuses that expire will be voided and removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Maximum bet limits apply during bonus play. Exceeding the stated maximum bet may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated in the individual promotion terms. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely.
• raja328 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the raja328 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances, as well as referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using technical exploits, software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties in relation to any game, bet or promotion.
• Attempting to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds in a manner that the Platform reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed payment reversals without a legitimate basis, after receiving the associated service or game credits.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions or calculation errors to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been generated under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of raja328.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raja328, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, raja328 accepts no liability in respect of:

• Financial losses sustained through gambling on the Platform, including losses resulting from technical errors that were not reasonably within the Platform's control.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, external cyber incidents, telecommunications failures, force majeure events or actions of third-party providers.
• Consequential losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional material.
• Any tax liability that arises in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings or transactions conducted through your account.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed to exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

raja328 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable promotion terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud or prohibited conduct as set out in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by the Platform.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• A requirement imposed by the Platform's licensing or regulatory obligations.

Upon termination for cause, raja328 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no cause for withholding is ultimately established, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player through a verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through the Platform's support channel. Voluntary closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe subject to any pending transactions or verification requirements.

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which raja328 holds its operational licensing, as updated from time to time. Malaysian domestic gambling law does not constitute the governing law of this Agreement.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body designated by the Platform's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause precludes players from seeking remedies available to them under mandatory applicable consumer protection laws.

raja328 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players through a notice displayed on the Platform or via the registered email address associated with the account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or licensing obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.
